Privacy notice
Last updated 27 October 2026. This notice is for Aeroplume AI Coaching, run by Charlie Vellacott in the United Kingdom.
Who is responsible
Charlie Vellacott, trading as Aeroplume AI Coaching, is the data controller. Contact: hello@aeroplume.net.
What I collect
- Identity and contact details you send by email or through a booking (name, email, optional job title).
- Booking details and intake answers via Cal.com (role, tools you use, what you want help with, session time).
- Technical logs that Cloudflare may keep when you visit the site (IP address, browser, pages requested).
- Optional, cookie-free usage counts if Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled. No advertising profile is built.
I do not ask you to upload employer-confidential files. Sessions use dummy or anonymised examples. I do not keep client work files beyond what is needed for that session.
Why I collect it
- To schedule, prepare and run coaching sessions (contract / steps toward a contract).
- To reply to enquiries (legitimate interests, or contract).
- To keep the website secure and understand whether pages load (legitimate interests).
- To meet UK legal duties around consumer records and tax, once payment is taken.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare — domain, DNS, hosting and inbound email routing.
- Cal.com — booking calendar and intake questions. Connects to the Google Calendar used for availability.
- Google — Gmail receives forwarded mail; Calendar holds appointment times.
- SMTP2GO — used to send email from @aeroplume.net once sending is enabled.
I do not sell your data. I do not use it for advertising networks.
How long I keep it
Enquiry and booking messages are kept only as long as needed to run the session and deal with follow-up, then deleted unless the law requires a payment or complaint record. Website logs follow Cloudflare’s defaults.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, corrections, deletion, or to restrict or object to certain processing. Email hello@aeroplume.net. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Payment
Card payment is not taken on this website yet. When payment is introduced, this notice will be updated and UK consumer rules for distance contracts will be followed, including cancellation information.
