Mid-career professionals and small businesses get 1:1 teaching, not a recorded course. We work from your real tasks, with dummy examples, so you leave faster at the job you already have.

Small businesses
You do not need a 40-hour course. You need someone to sit with the tasks you already repeat — email, spreadsheets, documents, research — and show you a safer, faster way to use AI on them.

What you should be able to do after three sessions
- Explain what these tools are for, and pick the right one for a given task.
- Write prompts that get usable answers the first or second time, not the tenth.
- Use Copilot or Gemini inside Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint on work that looks like yours.
- Save the setups you would otherwise rebuild every week, and follow a 30-day practice plan.
- Keep employer-confidential data out of AI tools, on purpose, as a habit.

AI inside your workflow
Copilot or Gemini in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, pointed at the kind of tasks you already do — with dummy or anonymised examples. Not open to book yet.

Your personal AI workflow
Turn the repeated work into saved setups you can reuse, plus a 30-day practice plan so the skill does not fade after the call. Not open to book yet.
How payment works
The first five people do not pay. After that, paid places open in two steps.
You will never be charged on this website. If a session is free, it stays free. If a session is paid, I will confirm the price by email before we meet.

Free introductory session
Session 1 (AI foundations) is free for the first five clients. You are claiming a practice place, not a paid product. I am using these five sessions to practise, to collect honest feedback, and to learn what to improve. There is no fee, no card payment, and no obligation to book anything else.

Confidentiality
Your employer’s data stays out of the tools.
- Clients never paste employer-confidential data into AI tools.
- Sessions use dummy or anonymised examples.
- I do not keep client work files beyond what is needed for that session.
- UK data-protection and consumer rules are followed before any payment is taken.

Charlie Vellacott
I coach people whose jobs did not come with an AI handbook — mid-career professionals and small-business owners who can feel slower than colleagues, or worried they will be replaced.
I am a Computer Science student at the University of Edinburgh. I build with the same tools I teach. I used Cursor to design and ship a fully autonomous live trading system, and I built a teaching application for a real client with an AI assistant inside it. I am not reading from a slide deck. I use this every day, and I will adapt it to your workflow.
Sessions stay 1:1 and concrete. We use dummy examples. You never paste employer-confidential data into an AI tool.
